Just copy-n-paste the following word list to Comment Blacklist section in Options->Discussion (in WordPress administration) for protection against the most common types of medical / drug related comment spams. The list was derived by analyzing hundreds of thousands of spams.

Spammer of the day – Florida based Interactive Marketing Group repeatedly spammed us 86 times abusing our Contact Form touting their ImgSite[dot]net service from the IP address 85.255.121.130. They are our spammer of the day. Their email is tech@imgsite.net. Feel free to email them and add them to your ban list.
