Adware.Component.Toolbars is a false security threat generated by the rogue anti-spyware program Smart Defender PRO. Once your computer is infected, this false threat will be displayed mostly in bogus security alerts. It might be listed in fake scan results too. Adware.Component.Toolbars alert reads:
“INFILTRATION ALERT. Your computer is being attacked from Internet. It could be a password-stealing attack, a trojan-dropper and so on. DETAILS: Attack from 119.226.114.205; Attacked port: 21373; Threat: Adware.Component.Toolbars. Do you want this program to block this attack?”
No matter what you click on this fake alert, you will be immediately taken to the Adware.Component.Toolbars pay page. In order to get rid of this false threat you must remove Smart Defender PRO from your computer. The removal guide below explains how to remove this infection for free.
